About

How does a market party handle social housing in an area development project? When do they add social housing to the area development project and how do they deal with this? How can social housing be seen as adding value to your area development rather than jeopardising it?

Area and real estate development company AM Vastgoed will provide you with an interactive presentation, in which it will present its vision on social housing in area development projects, based on a number of case studies. In addition, the presentation will discuss how to deal with the new Housing Act from the perspective of a housing corporation, based on a number of case studies from the past.

This event is of interest to professionals as well as anyone who wants to learn more about how a market party deals with social housing in an area development project.

This event will be held in Dutch. For a more detailed (Dutch) description of the event, click here

AM is actively involved with all stakeholders. This is also evident from the ‘I AM YOU’ business model, which involves developing areas on the basis of conceptual strength, innovation and above all close cooperation.
